MCFI has independent contractors worldwide to help foreign investors through the EB-5 process. They will introduce them to various projects in which MCFI plans to invest through a joint venture agreement with the project developer. Currently we have contractors which represent the following countries: Greece, Turkey, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iran, South Korea, China, Mexico, Honduras, Spain, and India.
MCFI’s founders have more than 50 years of combined experience in finance, immigration law, economic development, and governmental interaction.
At MCFI we work closely with state, regional, and local economic development organizations to enhance the economy of Kentucky and Indiana individual living conditions in rural areas and areas of high unemployment. In addition, MCFI may provide foreign capital for investment in troubled businesses or the expansion of an existing business.
Note: MCFI will only entertain queries from accredited investors as defined by federal law.
What is a Regional Center
A Regional Center is an entity that has been approved as such by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It serves as a conduit for individual foreign investment dollars to be used for economic development purposes, the creation of jobs, and improved regional productivity in a specific geographic area. This enables the foreign investors to receive certain incentives as provided by the USCIS, a Federal Government Authority. A Regional Center manages the investments of EB-5 visa green card applicants and aids them with all the paperwork, rules, and regulations that are required for compliance by the USCIS.
